Helen is the heart of tenant relations at Sagoos, ensuring that every tenant feels supported and well cared for throughout their stay.

With a background in the NHS and the care industry, she brings a deep understanding of people’s needs and a natural ability to listen, support, and resolve issues with empathy. Whether it’s handling enquiries, addressing concerns, or simply making sure tenants feel at home, Helen is dedicated to providing a smooth and stress-free renting experience.

Outside of work, Helen has recently taken up golf- though she’s still deciding whether it’s a great way to unwind or just another source of frustration! Either way, she’s enjoying the challenge (and the occasional lucky shot).
